The room was brand-new and reasonably large with a spectacular view and comfy beds and fan, just what was needed. A microwave, an electric kettle and a dishwasher were very handy. Location: the hotel was near shops and restaruants as well as the Glenn shopping mall. Dined at Paradise Road, it was not too far from the venue.

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Everything is fabulous, loved my time here. The hotel staff are very very helpful. The venue offers brand-new rooms with 2 bathrooms, balcony and excellent amenities. I would stay here again next time I'm in Glen Waverley.

The hotel was located just next door to 'The Glen' shopping centre and the train station, the main restaurant strip and the train station, and restaurants and supermarkets. I had brand-new and modern room with exceptionally comfortable bed. The stuff was great, always with a smile on face...

The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the rooms. The hotel also paid attention to detail, with two bathrooms and a balcony providing a spectacular view. The location was fantastic, being close to The Glen, an amazing shopping hub, and the railway station with direct links to the city. The rooms were well-equipped with excellent amenities.

There was just one minor issue, but everything else was okay.

Overall it is an excellent hotel and we loved the stay, the location was PARTICULARLY GOOD close to big stores. The rooms are big and cozy, and are complete with a spectacular view and the bedroom, for example. The cost is US$ 183. The employees are all affable.

There were a few issues that we think might pop up for other travelers. The noise from the neighboring apartments was unbearable on our last night.

The location is perfect, with direct links to the city and a bustling shopping hub nearby called The Glen. The staff provide excellent service, and the rooms offer ample storage for all your belongings. The open area with its spectacular view and ducted air conditioning is a wonderful bonus. Moreover, the breakfast provided is simply delicious.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for food and shopping, with a mall just a few steps away. Besides, the security is fantastic, making me feel like a permanent resident. My recent stay at a serviced apartment was excellent. The apartment location is very convenient, with a shopping center nearby and close to transportation. The apartment room was spacious, with a cozy bed, a balcony with a great view of the surroundings, and a well-stocked kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and provided fluffy towels of good quality. The soundproof rooms gave me a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Even though the apartment's parking spaces are small, it only affected my arrival, and it could be easily improved.

The apartment was perfect for our group stay. We were accommodated in adjacent units that made it easier to be together. The security measures made us feel safe and the facilities were top-notch. We had everything we needed to cook, clean, and even fix the hole in my jeans! The location was fantastic, right next to a delicious seafood restaurant and luckily close to public transport.

We did have a few disappointments. Although we booked a city view, we were assigned to a room overlooking air conditioning systems.
